It's that time of year where we should take time and remember all the things we are grateful.

What do you want out of what you are doing? Is mediocrity enough? If not, what is great? What is acceptable? What is/are YOUR goal(s)?

This has been my busiest fall to date with 14 complete competitive shows and one non-competitive show.

There has been one common thread that I have been thinking about - how many and how fast decisions are made.

Two book reviews in two months! Woohoo. I have been reading a little bit almost every day the last two months.

I just want to say congrats and thank you to all the groups I was involved with this past winter.

It has been a year since I posted about what I was reading. Mainly because I got distracted and stopped. So what got me reading again?

This is the time to reflect and give thanks for the year that was.

As the marching band season wraps up, I want to take a second to thank the programs that allowed me to contribute to their successes.
