Educational Services
Below are a list of educational services that I offer. With 15+ years of teaching experience of groups at all sizes and ability levels, let me help you or your ensemble reach their max potential. Some of the services are on-site services and some are remote, but all are geared towards helping you take your program to its next level. For more information, or other potential ways of helping your group, contact me here.
Consultation/Clinic (on-site)
I come to your program and work hands on with your students and staff. This can be your marching band, indoor percussion, or concert percussion programs.
Consultation (video)
Video consultation can be done two ways, 1) Live through Video Conferencing or 2) through Video Feedback. A live video conference starts at 1 hour and is geared towards addressing your needs/questions. We can screen share a performance and go through the video in real time. Video Feedback is done via submission (e-mail, unlisted YouTube video, etc.). Feedback will be returned within 72 hours (usually quicker).
MainStage Set-Up
I can create your MainStage file and send it to you directly. All you have to do then is set-up the controllers and go. I can also guide you on how to set-up your MainStage file over the phone, or video call. Can be done remotely or on-site. All pre-packaged and/or custom shows come with this service.
Electronics Set-Up (on-site)
I can also help you get your electronics up and running. With this on-site service, I will come to your program and wire your keyboards, set-up your mixer, get MainStage running and make sure everything is good to go. This is best served if it is attached to a rehearsal day to make sure the staff knows how everything is set-up, keyboards are EQ'd for the players and everything is working properly. This can also be done during the school day if an area is available to set up your front ensemble.
Video Feedback for Individuals ***NEW***
This service is easy to use and has been very helpful in getting accurate information back to performers. Great for those working on auditions (college, drum corps, indoor, etc). On the performer side, it is like a video lesson without a scheduled time. A video, or link to a video, of the material being working on is submitted via e-mail. Within 72 hours, I will then record a real-time video of feedback that will include information, suggestions and demonstrations on how to improve what you are working on. You will then have constant access to your video feedback.
